It can be too easy to fall into negative cycles on the internet. I recommend dedicating at least one social media feed strictly toward positivity, motivation, and inspiration.

Support Circle | GoodLives Community: Benefits of Being a Part
If you haven't had the chance to participate in a support circle, you may have heard about them and their operations. Consider being a member of a large family where individuals genuinely care about you, are aware of your struggles, can provide answers, or are just willing to listen to you.
A large number of individuals who genuinely value mental well-being come together in support circles, or what we refer to as the "GoodLives Community." Diverse individuals from around the globe have joined the GoodLives community in an effort to gain a deeper understanding of who they are. Do you have questions concerning what a support circle is and how you can get the most out of the GoodLives Community? 8 unexpected advantages of signing up for the GoodLives Community are listed here!
The GoodLives Community Offers Eight Advantages
1. The Basic Nature
What we have all experienced is unknown to us. We may not know the details of our life, but one thing is certain: mental wellbeing is important. What unites everyone is the essential component of obtaining excellent mental health and the purpose for being a member of the GoodLives Community. Since none of us know everything about ourselves, we are all aware of and able to comprehend one another.
2. A Talking and Listening Area
It is crucial to discuss and share our hurts with others while we are going through a difficult time. It is vital to realise that, even with our loved ones at our sides, there are moments when all we need is a group of individuals who will understand our emotions and share our goals. This is where the role of a support network is relevant.
Speaking about what irritated you, receiving the assistance you require, and returning the favour when called upon are all important.
3. Creative Expression of Feelings
An ingenious query may often get more responses than a straightforward "how are you?" We thus aim to promote active involvement by all members by sending out a variety of challenges every day. By responding to the prompts, users enable us to better understand what they have been feeling and going through.
4. Share Your Story
The Community has launched a new project known as the "Community Spotlight" whenever a member is willing to share their experiences, or more specifically, a story, for others to know about and get insight from. All of our esteemed members' amazing accomplishments, passions, and talents are honoured and celebrated here.
5. Frequent Online Coffee Talks
Did you say you didn't enjoy coffee? You may join in from the comfort of your home and share your experiences on the issue being discussed. No need to worry, you can grab a cup of tea, juice, or whatever else you wish. We recently talked about our trip experiences, and some of them were rather strange. It was a great time! Do you want to join in on the fun? Participate right now!

6. Ongoing Counselling and Consolidation of Ideas
Being there for one other and offering our best support to one another is the essence of a support circle. Emotional support is something we constantly get and offer as members of a mental health community that promotes the importance of mental wellness and as individuals traveling the path to mental well-being. The WhatsApp community's administrators and moderators, as well as other users, are always available to offer recommendations and guidance.
7. Exclusive Access to all Services
We recently talked about our trip experiences, and some of them were rather strange. It was a great time! Do you want to join in on the fun? Participate right now!
Each program we propose is initially launched in the community, which functions as a kind of GoodLives family. We always start by introducing ourselves to the community for whatever initiative we take, campaign we run, prizes we make, events we plan, seminars we do, and meetups we plan. It is significantly simpler for all participants to get mental health treatments because our trained psychologist moderates the WhatsApp community.
8. A Sense of Positivity
It feels great to know that you are a member of a support system where you can confide in someone or just talk about anything.
It makes us feel good to hear that many others can identify with your experiences and hardships and can appreciate your decision to pursue mental health.
So, what are you waiting for? Don’t you want to experience what being a part of a support circle feels like? Here is your exclusive chance, here is your opportunity to join a community, a support circle for free. Click here to join our community today!
your people make life beautiful (even tho I'm a bit of a hermit, this one is hugely important).
The best way to go through life is sharing, experiencing and laughing with the people you love.
The value of this feels a little self-explanatory but I’m gonna list some benefits anyway -
Unconditional love and support
Ppl to bounce opinions & ideas off who genuinely have your best interests at heart
Healthy distractions from day to day stresses
Ppl to share your life with
Your support system & community is completely up to you - it can be as big or as small as you want. It can be made up of friends, colleagues, neighbours, family, pets - anyone you love.
In my case, my circle is made up of my family (including my pets ofc) & my closest friends. For me my family has always been my first point of call, but I’m lucky - this isn't the case for everyone. Just because your related to someone doesn’t mean they have your best interests at heart.
Make objective judgments on the ppl that you want to surround yourself with. Your support system is out there. Go find your people.
