Medal 🏅 Monday Finally finished with hanging all my medals and these are all the challenge medals I’ve had over the years including 5 straight years of the beach cities challenge / Surf City Marathon / Orange County Marathon / and Long Beach Marathon. Plus 3 years of the Triple Crown Challenge / Carlsbad Marathon / La Jolla / and AFC all in one year ... each year. Some other challenges are the vacation race challenges in Joshua Tree 🌵/ Yellowstone 🐻/ and Zion 🏔 races at those national parks. Most of my endurance training involves indoor rowing at Roworx Fitness in Long Beach 🏝. I don’t put in huge running mileage weeks like most people do but encourage a different approach to endurance training along with running such as rowing. It’s a low impact total body workout that can make you a stronger and faster runner.
