“Forced Overtime”- Being forced to stay scrubbed into surgery because the hospital has no one to relieve you at the end of your shift. If you leave, it is patient abandonment and you can lose your job or even be sued.

This has been happening a lot lately and quite frankly I don’t like being forced to do anything by these people.
