“Forced Overtime”- Being forced to stay scrubbed into surgery because the hospital has no one to relieve you at the end of your shift. If you leave, it is patient abandonment and you can lose your job or even be sued.

This has been happening a lot lately and quite frankly I don’t like being forced to do anything by these people.

Histology Burn out

So, I have been working in the histology field for about 5 years now and I thought why not answer the question I have been asking myself in all those years " What else is there after learning everything you could in the field? A lot of people face uncertainty in the job market right now so why am I chasing a new career path and why UX/UI? Well from all the hobbies I have acquired in the past year I thought that designing websites and being more creative would bring me more fulfillment. I am in a very awkward time in my life where I have been in a career field that has brought me a lot of financial success but at times, I am left feeling burn out and exhausted even with picking up the slack other team members leave for the next day. I want to be able to express my creative side an develop something that can showcase others' ideas in a creative and more interactive way. I don't know what life might bring but I just pray that I can find my way through the whole process. If you have any ideas of how to avoid burn out leave it in the comments below thanks :D.

How does faith come? Faith comes through hearing and hearing by the word of God ( Rom 10:17) · The gift of faith can only increase and grow as we continually hear " THE VOICE" behind the word. · Jesus repeatedly said- " HE WHO HAS AN EAR- LET HIM HEAR WHAT THE SPIRIT IS SAYING"-( present continuous) · The spirit of God is speaking ,are we hearing and obeying. That's how faith increases. · Hear is to TAKE HEED. WHEN WE DON'T OBEY GOD'S WORD- it means WE DIDN'T HEAR IT. · We did not prosper in certain area of our lives if there is a deficit of FAITH ( lack of hearing) IN THAT PARTICULAR AREA. We need to hear something about that area of our lives. · The bible says- we perish for lack of knowledge of God's word · No one can pray for us to receive faith. 1. Let the spirit of God give revelation as you read the word of God 2. Listen to anointed teachings of the word. 3.
