Since I'm free to wander, I have been. Beurre Noisette caught my eye today with a yummy cake au citron placed on top of glass casing.

I want this blog to be useful so here's some advice from my three days in Tours:

Bring a reusable bag around with you

Don't smile at people's children or dogs (you can but I just would save smiles for nice boys, haha)

Floral dresses are ideal! & it's okay to wear them with sneakers if you're confident doing so.

Straws are often paper & we call them "paille"

"Sur place" means inside or outside eating at the restaurant. À emporter means take out/away.
