@surprisedentistry actually I think that trying to say that I'm calling all criticism of her behaviour "saying she's fair game for transmisogynists" is far more disingenuous than the purposefully misconstrued version of what I said considering I myself have managed to critique her behaviour without implying that "if you get upset when transmisogynists are infesting your inbox, you are "thin skinned".
What I think is disingenuous is implying that a transfem has not faced any kind of adversity and is just a weak willed crybaby for not liking being harassed with a disproportionate amount of aggression on a scale that no tme person faces for similar takes even though dozens of this exact same post is made every week but it's when a transfem says it we have to run them off a safe space.
I think it's disingenuous to use your experiences as a marginalized person to invalidate that other people's reaction to harassment and act as though the only harassment they are facing is justified when my point is no it isn't (and idc what comments she screenshotted, I can look I her notes and see people calling her a retard and others talking about the "alphabet soup community", I can use my own experiences with harassment to extrapolate from there; you're incorrect about that anyway considering 1/3 screenshots were outright transmisogynistic).
And I think it's disingenuous to say "transmisogynists can die" but in the exact same paragraph tokenize other transfems who agree with you while try to dismissing anothers genuine critique through willful bad faith readings it and calling it "hilarious".
So don't talk about what is or is not disingenuous when your whole response is oozing the stuff.
