Rabbit in Urgent Need of Rehoming
Theodore is a 9 month old neutered male rabbit located in the Greater Atlanta Area. We are currently looking to rehome him due to aggression issues with his current cagemate, Winston (pictured bottom left), though it is unclear at this point who is the aggressor. Theo is friendly, intelligent, energetic and loves to be the center of attention! We love him dearly but he has injured Winston, who is a senior rabbit, and we now worry for his health and safety. Anyone who is interested in his adoption may DM me or my fiance, @spread-evil. Theo will need an experienced rabbit owner and a companion of some sort, be they rabbit, cat or a human that is home often, as he is prone to mischief when bored. His adoption fee will be $50 in order to assure he goes to the best home possible, however we are willing to travel within the greater atl area and assist with travel fees for travel within Georgia and the surrounding states.
If you or anyone you know is looking for a rabbit, please please shoot us a message! If you prefer to communicate off tumblr, please DM either of us and we will provide our personal phone numbers to those who have serious interest.
Our situation is desperate and we will do what we can to accommodate anyone who believes they can provide him with a good forever home!
They look like a little old married couple and I love it.

This dog melts me like butter.
He’s SO sweet, SO loving. Has a huge, goofy personality. He’s excited just to live life and do our normal daily things. He tries so hard to figure out what I want and give it to me. Loves new people. Loves dogs. Loves kids. Loves CATS.
I’ve never had a dog before that was just Mine. That I had to socialize, and exercise, and keep healthy. And sometimes as a first time dog owner I’m prone to feeling like I’m doing kind of a mediocre job 😅😅 but all of the people I’ve met that own Kappa’s siblings have been an amazing support system. Just talking to them and asking stupid questions feels so good!
@justslowdown really did it! Really made a litter of wonderful, special dogs. Really matched us all up so well. Kappa is EVERYTHING I asked for and some things I didn’t even know I wanted! Thank you Cyril ❤️

Would you mind talking a little about buhunds? I've only met one at a dog show. Fell in love. I spoke with her owner for a while and they sound like great dogs. Would love to hear your thoughts/experiences!
I don’t have as much experience with them as I’d like, I’ve only passed a few, so chances are I can’t give you much more to go on than you already have. :P
It’s also 3am, so open at your own risk i guess?

I mean, what's wrong with a colony style large cage that you pull individuals out of to breed?
Anyways, I love colonies, keep colony style pens and cages, and vastly prefer my colony pens/cages over the smaller individual cages for a lot of reasons. It's worth a try.
i had a ground colony of growouts for a few months a couple years ago and it ended with twenty-five mysteriously and violently dead rabbits. never again.
i’m not a big fan of group pens even for does just because i like to have things organized and i don’t want my show animals getting in scuffles or them having kits in a shared space. the last time i had a colony type hutch i also found i wasn’t able to keep as good of tabs on them health/injury wise and had situations like animals with extreme malocclusion or missing limbs fly under the radar until they were nearly butchering weight.
i like colony pens for the socialization aspect, but there’s just too many cons for me to consider it again.
