Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice - Deliciously Fiery Bite
This version of sushi is good for people on the keto diet because it doesn't have any rice. Great as an appetizer or low-carb snack!
Ingredients: 1 large cucumber. 4 slices of cooked bacon. 4 oz cream cheese, softened. 1/2 avocado, sliced. 1 green onion, thinly sliced. 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari. 1 tsp sesame seeds.
Instructions: Use a vegetable peeler or mandoline to cut the cucumber into thin strips along its length. Put a little softened cream cheese on top of each cucumber strip. On top of the cream cheese, put a piece of cooked bacon. On each strip, put a few slices of avocado and a few green onion flakes. Use a toothpick to hold the cucumber strips together as you roll them up. Before you serve, drizzle soy sauce or tamari over the top and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
