Ah, speculation over Agent Woods. Interesting theory. Makes you wonder what edge a filial relation grants that would enable him to find the most wanted serial killer in the nation over the very industrious Justice Dame and whatever specialized personel she has. And if it is worth it, his file says he's been incorporated since 2015, four years later his brother is still at large. So how much of a help can he be? How useful is he or how indifferent is the Justice Dame to keep him employeed despite his behaivour? I'm not as disturbed as you seem stranger but I can understand how upseting it must be.
