I think Pheromosa needs to stay in OU just so it can continue to be a threat. Because there are things that smack it in lower tiers. With Lele running around the one thing that I can think of gives it a hard stop. Even as I type this there are multiple things that straight OHKO this thing. IN LOWER TIERS. The mega shark, sash gengar, white herb minior among other things kill this beast.
