Part of my big differentiation in TLWW between the imposter “Techno” and real Techno is how “Techno” is a soldier because although I see the headcanon so often. That man could NEVER. Sorry, you want to put him in a STRUCTURED STRICT environment to be the TOOL OF THE GOVERNMENT. What?? The sarcastic laid back anarchist could never. They would ask him to stay still to stand in formation and his adhd would explode. Like I maybe see him trying to join for training opportunities and then immediately dropping out because he can’t stand it. He could be a mercenary at best and even then I cannot imagine him handling subordination with any grace. Techno despises a hierarchy. (At least institutional ones, he’s perfectly fine with might makes right, but specifically the constant demand of obedience, rigidity, and, oh yeah, being the coercive arm of a government, really go against so much of his characterization.)
