I know what you said. I read it. Everyone read it. But you do admit you were salty, and not JUST about the light sprite? is that what you’re saying? Nevermind I dont care. My point is that you asked for shit that was super fucking expensive (as you just said) and despite saying you understand them not wanting to part with it, you asked for it anyway. (twice)

ok no. I’m going to lay this out so you understand. There was no ‘inability to communicate’. You were not the only one who didnt get a response in the thread. Is that shitty? yea. but only in the aspect that you and those other people missed out on a commission (maybe). but that is NOT a reason to submit a negative review to slander someones reputation.
Now lets talk about that screen shot you posted in Swag’s 2nd thread with the statement:
“sooo are you still interested in my art? you never responded to me in the last thread ._.“
That sure is a passive aggressive, not-so-thinly veiled attempt to guilt trip followed by an accusation.. and some shitty emote that i dont even know what its supposed to convey.
Either way, none of the interactions you had with Swag were so terrible that they warranted a negative review on a public website. At the worst, Swagset not replying is mildly rude and they could have said they would get back to you or something. They didn’t do anything to hurt your business. There was no heated exchanged, in fact they were super polite to you and everyone else they replied to. But you were not the only one left hanging. They stopped responding to EVERYONE in both threads, and NOT commissioning someone doesn’t make them bad at communicating or make them a bad person who deserves to be put on blast.
Lastly there’s your 2nd ask, which I screencapped as you can see. But for funsies I’ll paste it too.

Mmmm. I didn’t ‘throw around passive aggressive attacks’. I was pretty fuckin straight forward with everything. I provided the missing screencaps with Swagsets response to you in the 2nd thread, as well as screencaps of YOUR responses that you deliberately left out to make it look like you were in the right, when in reality, neither of you are in the wrong or right. this is literally a fucking non-issue. Swag didn’t ‘disappear’. There was no real discussion in which you reached an agreement and were then commissioned before communication stopped.
now, if youd been commissioned, created the art, were awaiting payment and were unable to reach them because as you said “But once again have dropped all contact after multiple pings.” THEN this whole thing would be worthy of a negative review.

Yea I mean. I’m not gonna say your feelings arent valid, and that being left hanging doesnt suck, because it does. Your feelings are valid, and being left hanging when you thought you were going to be commissioned sucks.
Buuuuut I didn’t attack you. I responded to the negative review, posted the missing screencaps and called bullshit on it being a legitimate negative review and reason to publicly slander someone.
There was no transaction between you and swag. no agreement. no fakey fake dragon monies were exchanged and you were among several people who did not receive a reply. Why didn’t you get a reply? I dont fucking know. I don’t really care. If it was me, I’d say you came on a little too strong and that can make people wary or anxious. But thats my opinion, and apparently my opinions are passive aggressive attacks being thrown at you all willy nilly with no rhyme or reason, despite, and i feel like im just fucking repeating myself at this point, despite what i did was RESPOND TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEW AND POST MISSING INFORMATION PERTINENT TO SAID REVIEW, REBLOG IT WITH COMMENTARY THAT, SUPPORTED BY THE MISSING SCREEN SHOTS, PROVED THAT IT WAS A FALSELY SUBMITTED NEGATIVE REVIEW.
Literally every fucking thing in the rebuttal had to do with your experience with swagset. And I’m not going to apologize for it. It is shitty and unethical to cherry pick screencaps and withhold information while scrubbing out your username and picture to anonymously submit a negative review on a public website. Im still unclear why you tried to hide your identity but linked the threads with your responses in them. Did you not think that people would click the links and read everything and not come to the same conclusion i did? Did you even read the other responses on the post? Did you send the other people asks?
I hope this has answered all your questions and addressed any concerns you might have. I apologize for giving you the impression that you were being attacked since I did cross out your name and icon and I never mentioned you by name or lair id, and I never linked your art thread.
