Today I woke up and was hit hard with the nasty cold that seems to be going around. I left placement early, had a 2.5 hour nap and my nose seems to keep running no matter how many times I blow it. I have felt so run down all day, but I did not make my workout an option. Even though I am feeling pretty cruddy, I hit play and powered through Dynamic Strength. I surprised myself with my ability to do some push-ups and go down closer than I usually do (even did some on my toes). But, for those 47 minutes I sweat hard and I did not feel cruddy from my cold, I didn't even think about my cold. When I am sick, sometimes the best thing for me is sweating it out as it makes me feel better (even if it's only for a short period of time), it all helps!
