Viktor Lundqvist, born in Lysekil, is a prominent visual effects artist who served as the Effects Animation Lead for the Oscar-winning film Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, as well other films such as Edge of Tomorrow, SM: Homecoming and The Meg. Working at Sony Pictures Imageworks, he was instrumental (as the role of FX Lead) in developing the film's groundbreaking aesthetic, specifically its signature "glitching" effects. He and his wife Kazusa, a realtor, have been married since 2017. Their first daughter Lani was born in 2020, and their second daughter Lua was in 2021. They both reside in the USA
