For any event, this Slow Cooker Maple Glazed Ham is a tasty and simple dish to make. When you mix maple syrup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard together, you get a sweet and sour glaze that goes well with the savory ham.
Ingredients: 1 5-7 lb bone-in ham. 1 cup maple syrup. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup Dijon mustard. 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar. 1 teaspoon ground cloves.
Instructions: Put the ham in the crock pot. Put brown sugar, mustard, vinegar, and cloves in a bowl and mix them together. Put the mix on top of the ham. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or until the ham is soft. Brush the ham with the juices every so often. The ham should be taken out of the oven and left to rest before it is sliced. Serve with the rest of the glaze.
