Happy birthday, Oscar! Today my sweet boy turns 9! 🥳🎂🎉😸
Oscar watching Homecoming (the episode I’m watching now) during my last rewatch a few years ago. He was really into it!
Photos from today…
Oscar looking like the super-handsome boy that he is.

I’d like to introduce you all to Luna!
I adopted her today. Oscar’s not too happy, but I know he’ll warm up to her and they will get along with some time. Getting them used to each other is tricky because I don’t have an extra room to keep her separate, so I’m winging it. She’s a little purr machine and loves getting pets.
In this photo it looks like I don’t have a pinky, which is strange. It was tucked under Luna supporting her. 😆
I’ll post more pics in the coming days. I’ll have to figure out the trick to getting good photos of a void. Lol.
So a little over an hour ago we had an earthquake. 60 miles from me and my house SHOOK! It was the most intense earthquake I’ve ever experienced and it was scary. Oscar ran under the bed. I froze in disbelief. I thought it was just a very long 10 seconds, that time did that weird thing where it feels longer than it really is, but it actually lasted a while. Immediately after it ended, I called my brother. They live 2 miles away. I was like “um, did you feel that?” “Yeah…” He was also in disbelief. Thankfully there was no damaged and we are all ok. Oscar came out not too long after it ended, but he was on edge. I gave him a squeezy treat. He then laid on the back of the chair where I am sitting. He’s now relaxed, and I’m getting there.
Oscar all snuggled up to some of my yarn on the couch.
Oscar got inside the blankets we got for Christmas, and got all snuggled up and comfy. I think he approves of the gifts!
Today I met Oscar and Chloe’s first foster mom. She was so kind to send me photos and videos of them as little babies! They were only 4.5 weeks old here.
