i was about to add in the notes section of the fic that my clark is just another version of steven 😭 like he's a guy. he's not superman, but clark -- the dorky prudish man who, once he get a taste of your loving, craves everything that he denied himself before.

in my fics (so far), the only thing super about him is his super-stamina and super-shyness (newjeans reference 😆). i am so infatuated by dorks and losers because their awkwardness is so endearing. i genuinely get a mixture of cuteness and lust aggression whenever i see clark and steven.
