ANNOUNCEMENT

so...I will be taking a break from posting TFC content because i'm working on a visual novel game called SweetLand.

SweetLand is a visual novel that blends cute aesthetics, mystery, and psychological horror. Inspired by Welcome Home and The Amazing Digital Circus.

On the surface, it’s a bright, candy-themed world filled with cheerful characters and pastel scenery.

But underneath…

Something is very wrong.

“A cute cartoon world… that slowly reveals itself to be something else.”

Synopsis:

You’ve just moved into a quiet, old house—once home to a forgotten cartoon studio.

While unpacking, you discover a dusty VHS tape

Curiosity gets the better of you.

You press play.

And then—

Everything goes black.

When you wake up, you’re no longer in your house.

You’re in SweetLand.

but no, it's not finished yet...I'm still working on the script. Once it's done I will start drawing the (animated) sprites and background.

OF COURSE TUMBLR GLITCH SECOND TIME. First time he deleted it and now published...

Because of a glitch we go right to the point. As I promised, there is some scethes, before I die again!

1.) Meet Dognut:

Some facts about this little creature: -You can change his tail, sprinkles and glaze! -Originally this sketch was about chunky Gumo, but turned out into him

I dont know how I should name him (Like...Dognut doesnt sound like a name), so maybe you have ideas?

2.) Chibi Gabriel (plus Dognut):

This time I draw his outfit right (And yes, he stares right into your soul)

1. I've been wanting to try drawing someone in a Pintrest outfit for a while now. I think it fits the vibe of the game.

2. Im overweight (so I was thinking about comfort then i drew this) +for more versatility in the MC look, I made a version with pants and suspenders. However, I think I can just as easily make a version with a long-legged overall

4.) Carmel:

Only now I see that I forgot to put some caramel on him (and suspenders....)

Sweetland is the island by @blessedpunk and it is a trip! All the bright lights at night really stand out and I love that they added Halloween touches! I also really liked the convenience store in their house, I hadn’t seen that done before. DA 8923-2790-9482
