Angst and Reluctant Yanderes is Mwah!

It’s probably because I love angst ngl but there’s something about someone who knows something is wrong with their psychology but they just can’t help it.  Being in a constant mental battle between themselves that they are losing x0 Sanity Slippage mixed with obsessive lovesickness making the perfect storm >:)

They know it’s wrong to be so possessive and clingy to the person they love the most but there is a voice in the back of their mind trying to justify it. Is it really wrong if it’s love? If it’s to keep them safe? To make them theirs? But of course it is- right?? I love it so much x3 Very problematic urges make for fun moral dilemmas.

Especially the part when they actually snap  and just go “I’m literally going to do anything to make them mine” like yesss

AND IF THE YANDERE IS A MONSTER TOO THAT JUST ADDS ANOTHER LAYER. The  Reluctant Monster trope is also very good! Especially if they used to be human or are half-human. Like give me suffering. Add a little pred/prey dynamic in there too and it’s perfect! Give it that umph for a really twisted love game.

Yandere Prompt #1

Monster!Yandere that lives in a cave and eyesight is really bad but their hearing is excellent. So when they eventually become infatuated with their darling, they are obsessed with the sound of  their breathing, the thump of their heartbeats, even when their darling is extremely scared of them and their heart is racing- they still love their every sound. It’s hard to escape their their claws because they hear every movement darling makes.
