today’s Sweet is a Strawberry Stuffed Cheesecake with chocolate ganache for dipping.
I’m tempted to call it “Try the Grey Stuff It’s Delicious.”
because I swear it’s a light lavender purple but it looks so grey on camera 😩😩
but these are a safe new food to try. They are not overly sweet, but very light and not overly hevay. and with the chocolate on the side, gives her more options.
I know she loves nature, so I went with a more picnic theme for her.
I also made her these edible roses made from fruit tootsie rolls. I haven’t made these in about 6 years, so I’m a little out of practice
I thought I had “purple” ones, because I know it’s mentioned she loves purple/lavender buuuuuut:
(Once again the camera is not picking up the purple. It looks like pink here; but the wrapper looks purple I swear!)
I tried to combine the blue and red. And it was grey. It was the least purplely purple that ever purpled in my life.
