So, assuming the FBI don't find anything else and Kavanaugh gets confirmed, I hear people saying the new "swing vote" on the Court is gonna be Roberts. I wonder why the swing vote always seems to be one of the Republicans? Like, obviously, that's good for us that the liberal justices are holding strong, but I wonder why it's not them?
