So, I was looking back at some of the older documents Wheeljack had handed me when he put me on this whole job of fielding your questions. Well I really got to ask where they got the idea that broadside was a headmaster. Or how it escaped the one responsible for writing up that particular document that blunderbuss is the name of a pair of titan master twins, one whose body is a lighter grey and the other a much darker grey. So, the lighter grey colored titan master doesn't exactly grant broadside a new power like many other titan masters do, but instead massively empowers the mass shifting aspect of broadside's transformation capability. This is actually the reason for the confusion regarding broadside's size and alt mode, because thanks to blunderbuss broadside can mass shift between the towering golden yellow titan with an appropriately massive tracked cargo freighter transport vehicle alt mode and a merely voyager class gunmetal grey and silver bot with an assault jet vehicle mode. The darker grey colored blunderbuss on the other hand grants broadside a significant boost to the range and sensory capabilities of his radar and sonar systems
So, I'll freely admit that I never really personally knew dragstrip as an individual prior to the battle for velocitron, and I couldn't exactly do so afterwards considering that the con was kinda dead. To be perfectly honest the most I personally knew of dragstrip was that the stunticon was a murdering egotistical victory obsessed braggart of a decepticon. The most knowledge I personally have regarding him is what I know of his preference for a gravito gun as a sidearm. The weapon in question is actually an interesting case where instead of a projectile munition based weapon like most bots and cons utilize, the gravito gun uses an interesting combination of miniature graviton generators to achieve a gravitational force boosting effect. The way they achieve this is through multiple different types of graviton generators, while some merely produce free floating gravitons others produce either a gravitational tether or a temporary gravitational well. The peculiar interactions between these manifestations of generated gravitons result in the creation of a directed zone of boosted gravitational force.
Moving on from the gravito gun before I get further into the discussion on how gravitational force can be weaponized via precision manipulation of artificially generated graviton particles, the truth is that for all the faults dragstrip may have had he still laid down his life to protect not just velocitron but also her people. Marshalling that same victory minded ego, dragstrip used his speed to put his own body between enemy fire and easily dozens of the evacuating velocitron civilians. Even as his body accrued more and more damage, I can't help but admit that dragstrip truly fought for those who couldn't protect themselves that day. Whatever his faults, whatever his faults I cannot help but acknowledge that dragstrip died a hero. Whatever his actions before the battle for velocitron, dragstrip truly earned his place on the tracks of trailcutter's golden road. Sorry, I should probably explain who and what that is. To make a long story short, trailcutter is the long dead bot responsible for constructing the first of the countless tracks that cover velocitron's surface. He's also the first high override, the title the people of velocitron call their leader, and according to the beliefs of their culture they believe that in the afterlife there's a great hall overseen by trailcutter where the greatest heroes of velocitron sit and toast to their fellows actions, and that both beyond and around that sacred hall is a great golden race track overseen by trailcutter and upon which those great heroes take their place to race again and again for all of time.
Anyways, for all his faults I can't help but agree with velocitron's current high override and those regular velocitron natives I've met, that dragstrip genuinely truly earned himself a spot amongst the heroes that sit with trailcutter in his hall and race upon that golden track. For all his flaws, dragstrip truly died a hero's death
