okay so I just remembered you did a Revan X Carth fic, what about a Revan x Canderous Ordo? Maybe a finally admitting feelings for each other. I always like Canderous more than Carth and wished he was an option for Revan. Please don’t feel any pressure on writing it if you don’t want to, it was just a thought. Love oo

Revan leaned heavily over the holotable, eyes bleary from staring at the illuminated surface for too long. Everything was on damn datapads and it drove her head into the ground. She pressed her hand to her temples, exhaling in a shakey breath. The saber on her hip bumped the table as she leaned against it.

She almost missed the door sliding open with its exasperated hiss, the Mandalorian lumbering in and leaning on the table next to her.

Silence settled between them.

"So," Canderous began. "I guess that means I'm talkin' first."

Revan hid a smile, still staring at the blue of the holotable. "Sure, you can. I'm not stopping you." The only response she heard was a grunt and a soft rap of knuckles against the table, only short and brief, but she felt like it echoed in the cavity of the hull.

Everyone else, save the droids, had headed out- Carth and Mission and Zaalbar had gone to get supplies, and the rest... Well, Revan was unsure, but they were set to return soon.

Revan yawned into her gloved hand, blinking at the bleary vision. She heard Canderous ask something as her ears stretched into the realm of exhaustion, but she only made out "- tired?" Revan hadn't picked up on the whole sentence but nodded, rubbing her face. "Yeah. Being the good guys is exhausting."

"So we're the good guys? Always thought you were, ya know, bit more grey than that."

Revan turned to glance at Canderous, arms crossing momentarily. "I mean... We're better than Malik. And his forces. And, currently, Bastilla." Revan exhaled and pressed a hand to her head. "Telling me over and over again about the dark side and then just... Joining? Rude, in all honesty."

That earned a laugh- more of a chuckle, but it counted- from Canderous. "Yeah. Saw how that got on your nerves."

Revan offered a half-weak smile, that was all she could muster after days of strategy, planning, thinking, worrying. "So, what are you, Ordo? You're a good guy, right?"

"I'm a Mandalorian," He offered. "Whatever those are."

A silence settled between them again, somewhat more sturdy, until he cleared his throat and shifted. "But I suppose I'm on whatever side you are, Revan."

She didn't look at him- she didn't need to when he eased his hand, calloused, into her gloved palm, and they started at the map together, a reverant silence falling around them as they watched strategies unfold.

The crew would be back soon- but it would give Revan some time to be here with Canderous, in the moment, allowing herself to breathe and be not a good guy or a bad guy- just themselves.
