Laurette de la Croix became a force of nature. It wasn’t until a few years after her emergence that she tapped into her full power, her Gift of Prophecy bursting into clarity. Her mother wasn’t around to teach her, so when she was young it was merely a vibe, a glimmer only she could see, an echo of a potential future. She couldn’t grasp at any timeline without a tool.
