Guys I was thinking.. what if she has never been a "Loki variant" but someone else all along? I was having dubts since the beginning...
They classify her (actually for them was "he/It") like a Loki variant just because he/It had the same "modus operandi" and same abilities of Loki, but they never meet her and see her, didn't they?
Maybe she Is just someone with same powers of Loki, but not him. In this case, she wouldn't be Lady Loki because Lady Loki Is actually Loki.
Knowing some Mythology and looking into the comics I got and Idea: what if she Is Sigyn?
Think About It: Sigyn Is expert in magic and is Loki's wife (in Mythology at least, don't know about the comics), so she could actually have learned something from him.
Also, It seems that Loki knows her, and how could it be if she was a variant (he was surprised watching some of his variant during the briefing)?
What do you think about it?

1. She says about how Loki really does like to hear himself talk. Implying that she dosnt like to do the same, and come on ALL Lokis love to talk.
2. She seems to be disgusted at the notion of being called Loki. If she was a Loki why would she not want to be called Loki.
3. Lokis quote of: "I would never treat me like this" as he gets his ass handed to him. (I think this is foreshadowing)
4. At her reveal Loki seems almost surprised. I don't think he would have any reason to be if it was a Loki variation. ESPECIALLY since our Loki is gender fluid and a known shapeshifter, he would have no reason to be shocked by a fem presenting version of himself. Leading me to believe it's more about the fact of who the person actually is over the gender that he is surprised about.
5. The credits have Sophie Di Martino listed as "the Variant". If she really was a Loki variation they would have credited her as such.
All of this leads me to believe she's actually Amora and/or Sylvia Lushton (depending on how the mcu decides to handle the characters, she could be a combination of the two). Not to mention there are hints pointing to her being Sylvia.
1. Her most notable power being mind control. This isn't a ability Loki has, BUT Amora/Sylvia do. And it's their most known for magic.
2. We are first introduced to the character in Oklahoma, where Sylvia is originally from.
3. Her blond hair is a key characteristic of Amora/Sylvia. Not Loki. Who has been known to keep his black hair through every form.
4. In the comics Sylvia is pretty much a human copy of Amora made by Loki. Just cuz he could. This would make sense then why she is wearing motifs of Loki, hence the horns and similar leather duds.
5. Not to mention if she is trying to throw the TVA off her trail, it would make sense for her to pretend she’s Loki. Get them looking at the wrong person type of deal.
So yeah in conclusion she’s Amora/Sylvia. Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk
did I like the ep? Hell yeah! do I like where the story is going? yes! do I think they need romance? NO
Loki has always been a character that has struggled with who he is meant to be as a person. He has yet to figure that out! the beginning of the series was starting to introduce that and has even continued to bring up that Loki still is figuring it out. But adding romance into the mix is just so messy. Boi doesn't even know what he wants to be on a personal level yet and you want to throw in a relationship? It's messy and unneeded. If they really were set on a love story make it actual self-love. like discovering who you truly are and learning to love that.
And I'm not ragging on anyone who likes Loki/Sylvie and where it's going. It's just my own personal gripe with the story/how they are handling the character. sorry if this doesn't make sense, it's the best my brain can get it's thoughts out
