Day 11 food diary

Breakfast:

Pear, Banana, Plum, Clementine, Apple, Black Coffeeeeee :)

Lunch:

Batchelors Beef Savoury Rice & Salad (cucumber, tomato, pepper, red cabbage, beetroot) Activia Fat Free Vanilla Yog.

2 x Alpen Light Sultana & Apple (HEB)

Tea:

Jacket Potato, Ham, Salad (as above + lettuce, carrot & peppers), 42g reduced fat cheddar (HEA)

Syns:

30g bag of wheat crunchies (7.5) -- erk, couldn't resist :\

37g bag Maltesers (9.5)

18g bag Wotsits (5)

Total syns: 22

(Omg I KNOW!) I had 35.5 left and I don't use syns on a Wednesday (day before weigh in) so I went a bit mad. Feel really bloody icky now though I have to admit.

Really struggling with my water intake today, not entirely sure why. Nyngh!!!
