It’s not entirely fluffy, covering some serious topics re: Jack’s anxiety, but mostly it’s beautifully happy and mushy and lovely and I’ve really enjoyed reading all of it. 

Pearl: Rec a favorite piece of meta you read this year: tbh i tend to skim over most people’s meta and am bad about tagging it so i’m gonna say this fantastic meta(??) post (ship manifesto of sorts) by @knightduan pointing out why nurseshark (Nursey/Chowder) is super canon bc we all know i’m obsessed with rare pairs and i love this post a lot thanks.

I totally would stream but I can’t draw for shit directly in photoshop haha (pencil on paper all the way all the time) and I don’t want to take the time to get a webcam set up right <333 Might have enough stuff drawn and needing color to stream tomorrow though, and I’ll definitely have some stuff to stream next week!

BEFORE THE BEGINNING — three sentences (or more) about something that happened before the plot of my current project

“You know, you could have called me a little earlier,” Carla said, steering the car onto the backroads. 

“But then Jean would have known I was leaving. I had to wait until he was asleep,” Eren explained with all of the exasperation a ten year old could hold for their parent. “And he’d tell everyone it’s because I peed my pants.”

“Well that’s because it’s when most people are sleeping, like your mom,” Carla said, slowing to a stop at the old crossroads.

She paused there under the blinking yellow light and brushed his hair off his forehead. She started to say something but was distracted as two sets of headlights appeared, one in front of them and one behind.
