Hendrix had read about some type of zip lining thing he remembered going on and screaming the entire way down. One of the first things to get on his bucket list was just that. Vegas was supposed to be the time where everyone would come together, chill out and breathe from being stuck in a house that probably stunk since they were there for a few months now. A perfect break with his brother, the girl he liked a lot and his friends. Who could say no to that right? As he walked up to the hotel room curious on why he saw the camera people watching his every move. He was about to knock on the door when he heard Teddy’s voice, he noticed the crack and strain that Hendrix knew all too well. He pressed his head against the door listening into the conversation inside shared by Teddy and his roommate who he assumed was Marley. His head filled with emotions as he heard Teddy speak about how he hadn’t been telling his brother the truth and then he heard it... The words that made him puzzled and freeze. Teddy was into Poppy... Into her before they were dating? And during? Hendrix’s head filled with rage and anger. He had poured his heart out to Teddy about how much hurt his breakup had caused him, sometimes even having the tough man break down and need to be held by his brother. He felt betrayal and anger, his fist hit against the wall as he pushed his hands through his hair letting out a breath. Needing to leave he pushed behind the cameras and walked out to the bar area easier to get drunk.
A few hours after the toxic alcohol glasses had been downed he leaned against the bar, probably had pissed off the bartender as he just told the poor guy his entire story. At least he could express to someone who wasn’t going to betray him, could he even trust anyone anymore? His own brother, his fucking flesh and blood who wore a similar face to him had fucked him over. He didn’t even know if Poppy knew but he was sure she probably did now, all of his doubts about them being close and that she’d rather be with him had filled his head again. Now he was the brother who had to lay off because everyone else wanted and liked Teddy. He had ordered another shot before feeling the presence of his brother, he instantly lifted his head up and leaned it on his hand. Not even acknowledging or saying hello to Teddy. “Feel like a drink? I was going to drink it myself but considering you apparently are into everything that’s mine. I figured you might as well take it away from me too” he scoffed bitterly as the alcohol ran rage through his bloodstreams.
