Maybe just try to write one sentence? Don't sweat what the sentence is just put it down and walk away. Then do the same tomorrow. Until it starts to feel right? That's the best advice I got <3

Being a perfectionist (and natural worrier), there’s no such thing as “don’t sweat it”, honestly. Not sweating it for me means constantly reminding myself of why I shouldn’t worry, which is still a form of a worrying.

A lot of people seem to have little trouble with winging it then refining what they have, but that’s not something I’m capable of. It’s like telling someone to just “be happier” or “think positive”. Would that I could.

I’m not really sure either, I haven’t touched it in a while. It’s just always a good suggestion. I’m not really sure what would be wrong. It should automatically copy the text to the box. : /

so I made the switch to Chrome and added the xkit, but when I hit the reply thingy that comes up it doesn’t add any of the text. It just brings up a blank text post. What am I doing wroooonnnngggg????

You might try refreshing the page and doing it over. It gets a bit pissy sometimes. :T Double-checking your settings is also always a good idea.
