left: Percival Hawke x Fenris. aka probably still my favorite da romance. aaagh. as i’m mean they do Not get a happy ending (here lies the abyss. sorryyy) but woah are they important to me. friendmance fenris + mage hawke is a combo that makes me very emotional. bonus points, since perce is a purple/humorous hawke!

right: Idrilla Thorne x Taash. they are t4t, to me, since taash is trans nb and idri is a trans woman! i have not finished my playthrough with idri yet but upon hitting taash’s first romance scene i had to pause and frantically scream “ohhh my god i’m GAY” into my hands, so i’d say it’s going well lmao.

Lucanis just constantly getting mileage out of knowing Rook's favourite drink delights me, I won't lie. He's not even keeping it to his own romance, he's sneaking it into other people's.

Anyways, jokes aside this is precious. Taash just wants to do something nice for Rook! And Lucanis is the team Acts Of Service Guy and he's good at making stuff Rook likes so of course they're asking him! And as with so many of the romance banters across all the games the fact that Rook can definitely hear them just makes it better.

Of course it's also very funny with the context that if neither Taash or Harding are romanced Lucanis and Taash have a banter where Lucanis feels the need to warn Taash about Harding asking a very similar question. Fortunately Taash canonically can cook so we don't need to worry about that!
