Of the Waystone Inn and Taborlin the Great by Things by Julia Maddalina
me: I'm gonna do something important now
me, one minute later:
Elodin isn’t Taborlin the Great in disguise, Kvothe is.
*writing a missing item flyer*
Flyer: a description of the missing cloak is as followed. Color: …
Taborlin: Uh-oh
legendary moment from last week's session feat. a virginity rocks sweatshirt
The cloak of no particular color
Just a small disgression to ask: When you think about Taborlin’s cloak, how do you picture it? :)
Personally, I see it as kind of silvery, changing color depending on the light and movement...
"So Taborlin fell, but he did not despair. For he knew the name of the wind, and so the wind obeyed him."

1/2 Okay this one is a little out there but I really like it, so here goes. Basically the idea is that the Greystones that show up throughout the books can be used to travel through time, possibly by means of the Fae. There are numerous stories about Greystones being some ancient magical site- Ruh superstition of good luck, Bredon supposedly uses them for pagan rituals, and most importantly Kvothe's dream about standing in a circle of Greystones after his family is killed by the Chandrian.
