I’ve both run out of tabs on my phone and I have so many tabs open on my computer my tabs would just unload randomly and my computer actually told me it ran out of memory and that I needed to quit something.

Guys I literally can’t believe I’ve never done this. You know how we all have dozens of tabs open? Well on my safari at least half of them are Ao3 and it’s so stupid but I never thought of this. So you know the bookmarking thing?? I’ve always bookmarked ones I wanted to read and ones I’ve read and wanted to reread, or wanted to remember the author to check out their other works. But I just realized I can just write down where I am in the fic (chapter wise, and maybe some context) and then just add a tag of Reading In Progress and BAM! DONE! I am free!

Now I can literally just put them all into my bookmarks and when I want to continue reading something I can’t just sort by my bookmarkers tag and sort from there!!! No more guilt of now continuing to read!!!

This is literally the best and worst thing to ever happen to me because yay I can do this but also it means I’m the dumbest person alive because it’s literally called a bookmark and I’m just now using it to mark where I am in my books/fics. How on earth did it take me years to put this together.
