You can enjoy the strong and spicy tastes of tacos in the form of a burger! These Grilled Taco Burgers are great for dinner during the week or at a barbecue. They have all of your favorite taco toppings, melted cheese, and tasty seasoned beef.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 packet taco seasoning. 4 burger buns. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup salsa. 1/4 cup sour cream. Lettuce leaves. Sliced tomatoes. Sliced onions. Pickled jalapeos optional. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm the grill up to a medium-high level. Put ground beef and taco seasoning in a bowl and mix them together. Mix it well, then shape it into 4 burger patties. Add salt and pepper to the patties to taste. The burger patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. In the last minute of cooking, put some shredded cheddar cheese on top of each patty and cover the grill. This will melt the cheese. On the grill, toast the burger buns until they get a little brown. Put lettuce and tomato slices on the bottom bun of each burger before putting it together. Place the grilled taco patty on top. If you want, you can add pickled jalapeos and sliced onions on top. Put the top bun on top of the burger and spread salsa and sour cream on it. Add your favorite sides and serve hot.
