These Cream Cheese-Stuffed Garlic Burgers are a flavorful twist on classic hamburgers. The creamy and garlicky filling adds a delightful surprise to each bite. Perfect for a backyard barbecue or a family dinner.
Ingredients: 1.5 pounds ground beef. 4 ounces cream cheese, softened. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 4 hamburger buns. Lettuce leaves. Sliced tomatoes. Sliced red onion. Pickles. Your favorite burger condiments ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc..
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal portions and form them into thin patties. In another bowl, mix the softened cream cheese until smooth. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of 4 of the beef patties. Top the cream cheese with the remaining 4 beef patties, sealing the edges to encase the cream cheese filling. Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat. Grill the stuffed burgers for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. While the burgers are cooking, lightly toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster. Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by a stuffed burger patty. Top with sliced tomatoes, red onion, pickles, and your favorite condiments. Place the top bun on the condiments to complete the burger. Serve hot and enjoy!
