Come As You Are: this one is always a banger. It makes me feel very cool every time I listen to it

Heart Shaped Box: this song is one of my faves and honestly I think In Utero might even be higher rated or equal for me than Nevermind

Lithium: this song is so iconic and probably what made me a fan in the first place. Kurt’s vocals are amazing and so is the instrumental work

Something in the Way: its popularity on TikTok and reels when Batman came out has made me stay away from it. Even though before that, I loved it a lot. I still love it, but it’s pretty overplayed

26) I’m sad and a bit ashamed to say that I relate a bit too much to Bridget Jones from Bridget Jones’ Diary. (A bit lonely and trying to improve myself but sometimes things go wrong).

29) A childhood memory of mine is going to a family friend’s house to celebrate Christmas with them every year. We don’t do it anymore but those were some good times. :)

5) Okay this one is so hard but right now I think When the Levee Breaks by Led Zeppelin needs to be played so loud. They put crack into this song. The first few bars are pure magic.

Also special mention to Arrow Through Me by the Wings. It’s so underrated.

20) Song to the Siren by Tim Buckley. I feel like this song is comforting but also reminds me of people I don’t get to see often and miss.

30) This is so difficult but I have to say it’s probably Strawberry Fields Forever by the Beatles.

I’m a pretty nostalgic person to be honest and the lyrics capture that. The music is also very dreamy and psychedelic which is how I imagine my life to be if it were a movie lmao. I’ve always thought the Beatles were the soundtrack to my life anyway.

I really needed this right now. I saw this earlier and just cried for a bit after reading it. I really don’t think I can ever explain how much this message has impacted me. Thank you so much! I’m making use of the time by calling her on the phone now that I had to come back home. Every day it’s been lovely. We talked about once a week on the phone before this and now I just miss the times I wanted to talk to her but didn’t, y’know?
