Stormy Reunion

A flash a lightening revealed to Victoria a familiar looking engine, an engine she could have sworn she had seen on her old line with The Furness Railway.

" Edward?! '' She spoke timidly.

'' That voice… Its very familiar. Where have you come from? '' Edward spoke carefully trying not to exhaust himself. '' Its me, Victoria. ''

'' Victoria?! Is that really you? '' Edward wincing in pain.

Victoria could not believe her eyes, there in front of her was her old friend. looked horrified by the damage Edward had sustained.

'' What happened too you? '' Victoria's worry was evident in her enquiry.

'' I was just being a useful engine. '' Edward chuckled before gasping in pain again.

I chose to mix the stories of Edward's exploit with the avalanche from the book Thomas and Victoria.

My Entry for this year's TVS collab! The goal was to combine a RWS exclusive story with a certain episode or movie from the TVS. I was tasked with combining a Mountain Engines story with Calling All Engines. I took some liberties and made a very vague reference to the film and combined TVS style with RWS (blacked out cabs, more simplified features, Rheneas' TVS paint scheme etc. Also I threw in an easter egg haha. The Biplane is @ferlost 's Brisfit oc, Nigel.

There has been gossip about the identity of a new engine who had recently been brought to the North Western Railway and seems to cause confusion to the schedules of the express trains. This new engine was as hasty as pudding, and despite Sir Topham wanting to help Gordon ease his express scheduling, the plan seems to have backfired. Miranda, the new engine, felt anxious and insecure causing a mess to the express scheduling on her first day at the NWR, but felt much more relieved after her opening ceremony seeing Hilary and her granddaughter giving a comfort talk to her. She decided she didn’t want to carry the burdens of the name “Miranda” anymore, and instead altered it to Rebecca in honour of the granddaughter. The others were confused on who “Miranda” or “Rebecca” was, but eventually, they warmed up to her presence at their sheds. Gordon still has his skeptics, however.”

Let’s just say, I “improved” that one Season 22 episode. John T. Kennedy, my hat is off to you when I say I recreated your style again. 💛🚂🚋🎩
