Good run out this evening. Need to get some miles in badly and 7 is as good as I could expect at the moment. Took to the streets of Merthyr down to Troedrhyw and back on the #tafftrail. Fairly even pace and manageable too. Plus I avoided most of the rain. Better run tonight. Not good but I think it'll get better from here. Covered a pretty flat six and a half on the #tafftrail Main issue I think is I feel very... Heavy as I ran.
