#taglist problems

You're trying to tag a user on one of your fics when you discover the tag doesn't work.

Your first thought may be they changed their URL, or maybe they deactivated their account.

There's a third (not so) secret possibility:

The user you're trying to tag has their visibility settings toggled to prevent searches of their URL on Tumblr.

Here's how to fix.

Keep in mind this is what the tagged user has to do, not the person doing the tagging.

Go to the gear icon, go to account settings:

Click on Visibility:

Make sure "Hide [url] from search results" is toggled off:

My tags on the most recent update of werewolf!Price weren't working properly, so some of you may not have received your tag at all and some of you received it twice.

I checked my masterlist and my latest taglist on my last chapter (which it didn't work on mobile, I just realized now) and I couldn't see your name anywhere on it.

It's weird but not uncommon for it to happen. I def didn't do it on purpose tho!! I copy and paste to avoid situations like this, sucks that it still happened.

Tags being weird

There are a couple of you that, for whatever reason, Tumblr just will not let me tag. If you're on this list, I apologize, but I honestly just don't know how to fix it. I suppose make sure you didn't block my old name (@freelancecombatmedic). Otherwise, please let me know if anything's misspelled or if you have another blog you'd like me to try tagging you with
