How long have you been playing the Sims?
For the record: I’m 22 years old. I started playing in 2004 which means I’ve been playing for 17 years! More than 3/4 of my life!!!
For some reason I can’t recall, me and my sisters were obsessed with The Sims. And it was so popular at the time -everyone was playing it! My cousins, some family friends... My sister got The Sims Deluxe Edition for her birthday, and I played ALL THE TIME. She went to school and I used to steal it from her room to play it lol. At that time, Deluxe Edition came with a special DVD with some features from The Sims 2 (Beta at that time). I used to play that as well, although it was just Bodyshop with one piece of clothes for each age 🤣
I got so attached to it... It still amazes me so much how deeply I care for this game. I’ve bought every base game ever since I can remember. I kept my savings just to buy them with my schoolgirl money.
How long have you been a Simblr, and why did you become one?
I remember I followed some simblr blogs with my main account and I was so obsessed with their beautiful creations. I had never imagined that the game could look so good. So I joined very later, in 2017 apparently.
Why? Not sure yet. Maybe because I always lost the cc that I wanted to download and needed to have it somewhere. And also because I saw people sharing their games and I found it fun to share mine as well.
What type of Simblr are you - Right now?
A shitty one Actually I consider myself to be a storyteller since its what I enjoy doing the most. I’ve also made some houses and small pieces of cc, but mostly I like to tell stories. And I also play a lot, although I don’t let y’all to see most of my gameplays. I’d like to think of myself as a conversation starter: I like to give my opinion.
Which generation of Sims do you primarily play?
I play The Sims 2 mostly, but I also play The Sims 3 and The Sims 4, even when I don’t post about them... yet.
