Sesame Mochi is a Japanese rice cake made with mochiko sweet rice flour, tahini, and toasted sesame seeds. It is tasty and chewy. It tastes great as a snack or dessert and has a great nutty flavor.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups mochiko sweet rice flour. 1/2 cup sugar. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup tahini. 1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted.
Instructions: Turn on the oven and heat it up to 350F 180C. Mix the mochiko, sugar, and salt together in a bowl. Put in the tahini and mix it well. Add the toasted sesame seeds and mix them in. Put the mix into an 8-inch 20 cm square baking pan that has been greased and smooth the top. Put it in the oven for thirty to fifty minutes, or until it turns golden brown. Let cool all the way down before cutting into squares.
