Today’s the 4th anniversary of when I started working on The Gift of Gloves (my sci-fi xenofiction novella). It’s been slow going, but it is going somewhere. Have a Taigex.

Eureka, like a flash of lightning

In the first panel, her and Sezten are in their winter coats (the scene takes place in the first half of springtime), hence the difference in fluffiness.

Yaxtan doesn’t actually have white pupils. It was something I did by accident and then decided looked cool as a stylistic choice.

The darker markings on the person in the third panel are dyed, not natural.

For Pride Month, have some art of the LGBT+ protagonists (well, protagonist and love interest for the first two - and they aren’t the only LGBT+ characters who appear) from my current WIPs!

Tonguework

Sezten tries and fails to mark her digging stick with her personal proto-writing glyph.

This incident is referenced in my WIP novella The Gift of Gloves.
