Okay, no offense, but full offense, y’all freak out over the stupidest stuff.  Shiro being Space Dad ain’t nothing new, just like Lance flirting with Allura ain’t nothing new.  Josh Keaton literally has a #1 Space Dad t-shirt that he wears every chance he gets.  Hunk calls him Space Dad in the paladin handbook.  Shiro has BEEN called Space Dad.  They’ve been calling him Space Dad for a whole ass year.  But it’s never meant he ain’t shippable.  It’s never meant that he’s this crotchety old man who can never have fun ever, and only thinks about his taxes, his mortgage, his 401K, and the sweet release of death.  It just means he’s a sweet young man who has to lead this group of teenagers/young adults who are all kind of a hot mess, so sometimes he has to display some dad-like tendencies.  Why are y’all acting so brand new?
