This work adds to the body of research showing children can be affected in negative and long-term ways by their mothers' mental ill-health.

I can see it in my kids whenever I am handling my mental state well or if I’ve had a rough day.

We did some great gardening work yesterday. The back was cleared of dead things & debris; the front was cleared; both received fresh compost mix, soil and plant food; and things that were going into pots went into pots. Lots of hard work by Anna, her mother and me.

I tilled and mixed the front and put down an edge barrier thing. While doing so, I found a storage farm that failed to grow.

That weird black square is a 3.5 inch "floppy" disk. It was used to store data before CDs, DVDs, affordable cavernous-capcitied hard drives and "the cloud."
