“Macus. Psst, Macus wake up honey.” Nora said giving the hybrid a gentle shake as he slept in his seat. The couple had been working for a good few months and had taken some time off to go on a nice little vacation together to the Citadel. It would be Nora’s first time there so after hiring a reliable nanny to look after their rambunctious kiddos the duo were off to the massive space station to see the sights since it’s massive overhaul.

The quarian was very excited to finally see the station that she had heard so many stories and battles about she was practically bouncing. “Come in honey the ships about to land!” She said giggling. The two were to meet up with Lisaki, xerxes’ aunt for a tour and also a place to stay while they were visiting.

Aftermath.

It'd been a couple of days since the night of drinking and watching ships and stars. The Commander had barely had time to slow down since, jumping from one fight to the next in preparation for the Omega-4 Relay journey that continued to get closer.

Having gathered all the crew, Buck focused on getting to know the newer members as best he could. Forging bonds. Making friendships that ensured everyone watched each other's backs when it was time to hit the Collector homebase.

With some free time on his hands, he headed down to the engineering deck to check on her. "Hey, Tali. Finally recovered from the other night?"

Buck teased, reflecting on his own crushing hangover the morning after.

The Unexpected

”Think nothing of it. I probably would’ve done the same to you if we were in each other’s spots.” Kal nodded, politely listening as she spoke of the relatively few plans for the week. “That works out just fine. As far as I’m aware I’ll have nothing to do in the immediate future, but that could easily change.”

Once more he bowed, this time as a goodbye. “If all goes well we’ll be out of here before they even know I was here. Stay safe, Tali, I’ll meet you by the exit.” The marine offered a wave before he returned and stood in line to finish going through customs.

Reunion (Closed RP)

Xerxes couldn’t really remember how much time it had been since Tali and himself were put into the the hotel to wait for the Salarian doctors to clear yulan and allow her to leave. But since then the two were given information by their friends who had either snuck or hacked their ways into the system to see if the twos daughter was okay.

Pacing around the room a little bit Xerxes was anxious. The doctors had given yulan the all clear and were doing finishing check up on her but xerxes and Tali were told to stay put for the moment. Looking over to the Quarian Xerxes gave a small smile. “You excited or nervous?” He asked

Xerxes hummed cheerfully as the music played in the taxi he took towards the family diner they had eaten at a few days ago. He had called ahead telling Macus he was coming to visit and see how things were going, as well as to teach and even learn a few tricks his son had learned while working there.

As the vehicle whirred down landing out front he climbed out and adjusted the scarf around his neck before entering the diner and looked around. It seemed it was at a slow pace this morning, that was good they wouldn’t be swamped while he visited.

Heading to the kitchen he spotted max coming his way and waved cheerfully.

Xerxes, Lisaki, Tali and Yulan climbed out of the taxi they took to the restaurant Macus worked at ready to give the turian a surprise since they hadn’t seen him in a while. Walking over to the front doors xerxes pulled it open holding it for the group with a smile on his face eager for a nice night with the family.
