#15. A Hope We Don’t Get Caught Kiss
There were very few times that James Moriarty was nervous, and it was a strange sight to see. The way he answered questions very quickly, defensively, or just not at all. His usual confident smile was missing the entire time. It wasn’t the first time MC had seen him interrogated though perhaps the fact that it was his father this time was what made the difference. The two men looked similar and if his father was any indication then James would grow even more handsome with time. It made MC smile.
At some point though his dad did wander off to see what other changes had been made to their old home with Sebastian rushing off after him. MC stood and started walking towards the same door when a hand on her shoulder stopped her. “This way.” James whispered, his smile finally returning. Glancing back one more time MC allowed James to pull her out and towards the kitchen.
“Are you okay?--!” She had been in the middle of asking when James roughly grabbed her sides, pulling her to him for a quick kiss before he lifted her onto the counter. He sat her on the edge and stood between her legs, his hips pressed against hers.
“I am much better now.” He nearly purred as he started teasing and kissing along her collar bone.
“J-James! Don’t you think this is a bit much? Your family is here to see you-“
“Mhmm but all I could see was you, smiling at my father.” He pulled away from the bruises he was close to making on her to touch his forehead to hers. “I am not usually a jealous man, MC. But I don’t care for the way you were looking at him.”
She gaped at him for a moment before laughing. “The reason I was smiling was because I was looking forward to growing old with you and thinking how you would get even better looking with age if your father was any indicator.”
“That doesn’t fully make it better, but I will accept your apology if you kiss me like you mean it.”
“We really should get back or catch up with the others, what would they think if they saw us like this?” Her voice rose as his hand slid up her leg, bunching the fabric up.
“I’m sure they would think I’m a lucky man, but I don’t think I care for my father to see you like this…” He hummed playfully. “Then I better get what I can for now and you should keep quiet so we’re not caught.”
“James!” MC protested only to be cut off by his lips pressing against hers urgently with his hands starting to wonder. Her mind was growing hazy and forgetting the danger, starting to moan a little as his mouth continued its plan of attack on her neck. Sending delicious little shivers through her. It was short lived though as she hadn’t fully calmed down or handled the flush to her cheeks before James suddenly pulled away and lifted her off the counter onto the floor. She was barely sturdy on her feet when he slipped away to the fridge as his mother came in.
“What are you doing in here, dear?”
“Just getting MC something to drink, she seemed a little thirsty.”
