“Greaaat.” she groaned, putting her hand on her head. Not only was she in the wrong Castle, but she was in the wrong Castle on the wrong side of the Arcade.
“Your guards?” she asked with an amused look as she tore her gaze away from trying to memorize the right path to where she needed to be.
“I don’t even know what she was talking about. She mentioned something related to Sugar Rush, I think… hang on a sec.” she dug into her hoodie pocket and pulled out a semi crumpled, official looking letter and unfolded it on top of the chart.
I hate to be a bother, but I fear something terribly horrible is going on inside one of the other Sugar Rush cabinets. I’ve heard a few rumors and such going around, even from my cabinet, that something seems odd about it.
As you know, I can’t leave mine at the moment, so I’m asking you to check in on it for me. I’m worried about them, after all.
“Oh, right….” she looked thoughtful for a moment, before she cast the tall monarch a glance.
“Eh.. how many Sugar Rush games are there?” she asked him, getting mildly uncomfortable now.
“Well, there are 5 cabinetsth in THISTH section, but there could be plenty more that I haven’t found yet. I can only go out exploring tho long before I have to be back here, after all, ah hoo!” he replied simply.
He took a moment to look over the note, trying to look as nonchalant as possible. She was probably talking about him, but as long as he kept up a friendly front, there was no sense in alerting anyone to the situation.
“I do have to wonder what'sth got her twizzlers in a knot. I’ll have to be on the lookout regardlessth, I sthuppose.” he sighed.
