Have you heard of Tamaweb, a tamagotchi game for Web, Windows, and mobile? I bring this up because I thought I should mention that a lot, if not all, of the pet sprites look just like the ones in Eternichi.

So now I was wondering if you made all of the sprites in Eternichi, because if so, I don’t see credits to you and if it weren’t for me playing your game before, I probably wouldn’t have known where the sprites came from.

Unless they’ve credited you somewhere and I missed it?

I don’t know, I just wanted to let you know that the two games have the same exact sprites, and wanted to bring it up to you in case it was an issue. :B

Yes, the person who made this asked me directly if they could use my game's sprites for their project (crediting me), and I said yes.

I made the most of the character sprites for Eternitchi, but some other people helped too, specially my friend Bico. (More info on the about page.)

I have not seen credits on the Tamaweb site, but I am credited under the credits option in the settings icon.

Hi! I just downloaded Eternitchi, but when I typed in my name and birthday, selected a speed and pressed enter, nothing happened. Am I doing something wrong? My computer's 64-bit, if that's relevant.

All I can think of is:

You can't name yourself "PARK" because that username is reserved for characters you meet at the parks.

Both month and date must have 2 digits. (01/02 instead of 1/2, for example)

The format is Month/Date.

I made a last update for the game! (Unless new errors are found before I get completely immersed in my next projects)

The changes:

-Different toilet cycle that gives you more time to send your Tamagotchi to the WC. -Changed the code so using the wheel is no longer necessary at all (you may click on the bottom border of the text box to scroll) -Revised all 72 games, some are the same, some were replaced completely. I made it so no games require wheel input, maths or telling colors apart. (There are 2 jobs that still require a little math, the lab's the hardest, but I will try to write a reliable way to beat it) -Made the connection menu check if your Tamagotchi is related to the friend you are about to connect to before displaying any lovey-dovey animations. Related Tamagotchis will also have a little house icon in the friends list. -There's a code generator "web" in the CodeGen folder. - Fixed bugs found on Discord and incorporated the changes suggested on the last ask I got on Tumblr (made it clearer on the data input / initial screen that you need to write your birthday using 4 digits including padding 0s, changed the option's menu text so it will say "Change to [time mode]" so you know which time mode you are currently in) - Added a file called "RealTime_Offset.txt", by default it just has the text "0"; but, if you change this number, when playing in real time the time will differ from the local time by that amount. For example, if it's 10pm and you wrote "-8" in the file, in the game it will be 2pm. -Created a cheating / debug system.

Hi! I wanna start off by thanking you for making such an awesome and in-depth simulator. I can tell you put a lot of effort and passion into making it all work seamlessly! :) I'm a UX designer so I put a lot of focus on UI whenever I use any games/apps, so if it's alright with you I wanted to give a few suggestions that I thought of while playing it for a bit. I had to put it in a pastebin link because of tumblr's character limit, so I apologize for that: pastebin com / XuaW24T4

Thank you very much! I am currently making a few final fixes to the game before releasing the final version and focusing on other things.

I will try to include these suggestions, they are very good!

As for the GBA game, I haven't been able to work on it since I last updated, but I plan to make some progress after I'm done with Eternitchi to practice coding in C!

On other news, I am updating Eternitchi by fixing the things I thought weren’t so great about it. I made developing friendships and potty training way easier and I plan to change the math related games since I think some people might stuggle with them.

Also I made a code generator so people can create the partners for their Tamagotchi.
