Alright, I have a question. Or multiple questions perhaps. I don’t think I’ll get any good answers, but I still want to ask.
Why is the Joker in my therapy chair more often than RedHood (an actual client of mine)?
And why, pray tell, is the insane clown villain better at talking about his feelings? Like it’s still crazed rambling but he’s also self aware and stuff and he sometimes even takes my advice, which is, ok, great I guess.
But @redhoodisalive somehow, can’t make it to any of our sessions? I know you’re not saving someone all the time man, just show up!
If past scientist and now lunatic Harley Quinn can let me psychoanalyze help her, then surely you can too?

Well firstly, you get out of said social event. As soon as possible. If you aren’t up to move and don’t have anyone to help there right now, I can come get you.
Then, you need to lie down. Preferably take a nap.
Try to take deep breaths, slowly. I’m not sure what you mean by feeling “not real” but a nap will most likely help.
Do you need me to come to you?
