first proper post !!! and its about tanz der vampire ofc something i find very interesting about Ivan Ozhogin's Krolock is how he looks at Herbert during Tanzsaal, both before and after the bite you cant really see it well in most bootlegs, but i found this post on pinterest where you actually can see it. the second he looks up at Hebert you can clearly see the disdain/disgust on his face i interpret this as being two possible things: either its the thought of taking yet another life for his own gain that upsets him, Herbert being a reminder of that or, Krolock uses the bite as a strange sort of punishment?? like Herbert's own vampirism bothers him so much, that Krolock sees it as a way to remind him of what's wrong with him i know i sound crazy, however !!!!! theres this video of Rostislav Kolpakov as Herbert during Tanzsaal, where he's either just fighting his thirst, OR he feels guilty/ashamed that he wants to bite Sarah as well tldr; Ivanlock is evil and mean and all his Herberts suffer the consequences
