a lot of points were made
Chappell Roan was right. it is like a hundred ninety nine degrees
the donpeggyted torture nexus is crazy
Don: "No, Peggy. There's a right and there's a wrong." Peggy: "How could that be? What you're really saying is there's you and there's him."
PEGGY OLSON, TED CHAOUGH and DON DRAPER Season 6 EP. 8 The Crash, EP. 12 The Quality of Mercy | Mad Men
Some color in the Block 23. Belgrad, Serbia
Don fired Jaguar.
It’s actually so misogynistic to assume hetero Jessica doesn’t also jerk it to twinks in panties
legalize copyright infringement
to be clear this is a fully sincere political belief that I have. I am pro copyright infringement and in fact anti "asking for permission to make derivative art"
Mad Men Challenge: [1/8 relationships]
Pete: Someday, people are going to brag that they worked with you. Peggy: What am I supposed to say to that? Pete: I don’t know. No one’s ever said it to me. Peggy: A thing like that.
no but you see. everyone tells peggy the new secretary that she should offer herself to don so she does but he rejects her. he promotes her to copywriter and then proceeds to realize that they're the same person in different circumstances. he divorces his wife and marries his new secretary and the news overshadows peggy landing a new account at a crucial time and then don has the gall to tell her he "sees the same spark" in megan as he does in peggy except he rejected peggy and he's marrying megan. then peggy goes to work for ted instead and we get what is certifiably a break up scene. then her new boss ted kisses peggy in an emotional moment and she pushes him away because she has a boyfriend who made her move to an apartment she hates and whose lifestyle and aspirations are drastically different from her own. she then fantasizes about her new boss kissing her again instead of her boyfriend. meanwhile ted and don are alone in a bar at detroit and they have a conversation in which every fujo reads between the lines what's really going on there. and then ted calls peggy into his office and she thinks about the kiss. and instead. her old boss is there. and her old boss and her new boss have decided to merge their companies. which really just means. if we accept the fact that don and peggy's relationship is basically using romantic story beats to portray her career. and we use those romantic story beats to describe what went on here. then basically peggy's old boss rejected her and then peggy rejected her new boss and immediately regretted it and then her old boss and her new boss got together. and they both want her (to be the copy chief). i feel crazy.
Joanie practice
fandom should have more moby dick aus. they should be like, just under hs/college aus in terms of popularity. just above coffeeshops.
